By accessing, purchasing or using our websites, services, or platforms—including Find My Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Jobs, Counselor Jobs, Rent My Office, and Clinical Office Space for Rent (collectively, the "Directories")—you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Directories or services provided by Collaborative Content, LLC, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific services. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
If you are accessing or using the Directories services on behalf of a business or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and to bind that business or third party to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Services
Our Directories are designed to connect mental health, behavioral health professionals and related service providers by offering:

- Office space rental and sublet opportunities for therapy professionals

We serve as a platform only. We do not verify the licenses, backgrounds, or qualifications of users or listings unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility
To use the Directories, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. User Accounts
Some features may require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Directory Listings
You may post listings (jobs, supervision opportunities, office rentals, etc.) subject to these conditions:
- Listings must be truthful, non-discriminatory, and comply with applicable laws
- Listings must not infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your listing content
6. Fees, Payment, Subscriptions and Cancellation
You agree to pay on the basis and at the rate selected when a posting, order, or other purchase of Directories Services was submitted through your account. You also agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All amounts paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@clinicaldirectories.com; please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Harass or harm other users
- Collect or harvest personal information of others
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
8. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is." We do not endorse or guarantee any clinical supervisors, job postings, office spaces, or other listings. All users are solely responsible for verifying credentials, entering into agreements, and ensuring compliance with licensing or legal obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collaborative Content, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
